Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver Australia-wide from our home base in Perth, WA.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
We ship our orders with Australia Post. Shipping timeframes are:
- Standard: 2–6 business days.
- Express: 1–3 business days.
Once your order's with AusPost, delivery times are in their hands — but you're never in it alone. If your socks are taking longer than they should, email us and we'll chase it up for you.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders over $55.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Every order comes with tracking. We'll email your tracking number the moment your socks are on the move.
Returns
My order isn't quite right
No stress. Return unworn socks within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Being socks, we can only take back pairs that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging — try them on carpet, not in class.
How can I contact you for returns?
- Email us at support@freeformactive.com.au with your order number.
- Pack them up in their original condition.
- Send them back — return shipping is on you, unless they're faulty.
What if my order is the wrong size?
Easy swap. Let us know the size you are after and once the return has arrived to us, we will ship the new pair right away.
What if my order is faulty?
If something's not right with your socks, that's on us. We'll replace or refund faulty pairs and cover the return postage — just email us a photo with your order number. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
How do refunds work?
Processed within 3–5 business days of your return arriving, back to your original payment method.
Can I return a sale item?
Sale items are final sale and can't be returned for change of mind. If a sale item arrives faulty, your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply in full — we'll replace or refund it, no question.
