Welcome to Freeform Active. These terms cover your use of our website and any purchases you make with us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you're agreeing to them — so here's everything laid out in plain English.

Freeform Active AU (ABN: 18171063697) is an Australian business based in Perth, Western Australia. You can reach us anytime at support@freeformactive.com.au.

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm you're at least 18 or the age of majority where you live.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll confirm your order by email once it's accepted, followed by a tracking email once it's dispatched. If you don't receive either, check your junk folder or email us at support@freeformactive.com.au.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in rare cases — for example, if a product is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Order changes: once an order is placed, we can't guarantee changes. If it hasn't been processed yet, email us straight away and we'll do our best.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can't reroute parcels once they've been dispatched.

Products

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you've purchased it, we'll contact you and offer a full refund or an alternative.

We do our best to display our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor variations can occur between manufacturing batches. If you have questions about a product before ordering, email us — we're happy to help.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is processed securely by our payment providers — we never store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Full details of our shipping options, delivery timeframes, return eligibility and refund process are set out on our Contact Page. By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined there.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights.

Promotions and discounts

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and can't be added to an order afterwards. One discount code per order unless we say otherwise. Where a promotion includes a free item, the lowest-value eligible item is the one discounted.

User content

If you tag us, share content featuring our products, or submit content to us (like photos, videos or reviews), you're giving us permission to repost and use that content for marketing purposes — with credit where we can, and always with love. If you'd ever like something taken down, just email us and we will.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — our brand name, logo, product designs, artwork, photography and copy — belongs to Freeform Active or our licensors. You're welcome to browse and share, but you can't copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Website use

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the site — including pricing, descriptions and availability — at any time, and may suspend or restrict access for maintenance.

While we work hard to keep the site accurate and available, we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to replacement of the goods or a refund of the amount paid, at our discretion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
